Solid Stay with Good Amenities

good food stocked fridges varied options
i found plenty to do during the day. food options were varied. the snack bar by the pool provided a great lunch alternative. i did experience a bit of a wait for drinks at times. the water fridges were always well stocked, as was the mini bar in my room.
i noticed a significant issue with the lighting in the room i was assigned , , made it uncomfortably dark in the evenings , despite several attempts to get the issue resolved with the front desk.

the staff was attentive and generally helpful, promptly addressing most requests that i raised, although response times varied depending on the situation and time of day , with some delays occurring at peak hours.

heated pool pleasant weather
The heated pool was great. The weather in December was surprisingly pleasant. I saw that staff kept the grounds clean and maintained as much as possible. There was also an indoor pool and spa area. It was a nice alternative for the days with rain.

amazing team good food
The entertainment team was amazing. Snack bars offered really good quality food! I enjoyed the variety of options at the buffet. Taha was a great member of the Entertainment team. I really appreciated his energy.

amazing water park good service
The water park is amazing for kids! Lots of pools were available, so it was easy to find space. Service around the hotel was very good, and the food options were plentiful. Plenty of activities are also available for children.
The air conditioning in public areas wasn't always effective, and I noticed some areas felt warmer than others
